She listened to me and understood that a miscommunication seems like the issue. The branch manager at the Waldorf site contacted personally. I sympathize with those affected, But it is starting to get ridiculous lately with the amount of medical emergencies that are happening and cruises having to divert and cause horrible itinerary. Fast forward, 4 day later the respond to my previous review.
